World Peace is Assured When Governments, Administrative Systems all over the world consider that the purpose of their existence is not just to make their citizens and territories richer & safer but to think similarly of all on earth.... 

leaders, Governments and Administrators of Countries have a responsibility to hold high the respect of each and every citizen of the world and to provide adequate protection to wildlife, their habitats, water bodies and  forests...   

Their actual work isnt to promote riches of their populace.
